External (Physical): Tap Your Truth

Before we review the technique for the physical dimension, let me clarify how this connection-based manifestation works. We can only shift our own individual consciousness, and likewise, this exercise is designed for you, and you alone. Your friend, relative, or colleague does not need to participate in manifestation—you can successfully improve the dynamic by tapping into your autonomy.

But that doesn’t mean that your companion is off the hook. Just because you’re choosing to invest in yourself (and, subsequently, your interpersonal bonds) doesn’t mean that the entire relationship falls on your shoulders. In fact, a mini-manifestation you can perform to generate transparency is telling your friend that you’re in the midst of an energetic evolution (in your own words, of course). Let them know that you’re in the process of connecting with your highest potential, which means that you’re actively working to ensure that your dynamics are honest, supportive, balanced, and empowering. You may encourage them to also look within, but at the end of the day, your brave and courageous choice to self-actualize is an entirely personal decision. Accordingly, as you use these astral and physical techniques to assume a more active role in your relationships, know that the benefits transcend the bond itself. On the other side, you’ll be more joyful, honest, and present in every aspect of life.

What would life look like if we could share our truths openly and freely? If we were safe to speak from the heart, communicating our wants, needs, and desires? Every single person is their own unique universe, which means we all have our own complex views of reality. No two people see the world through the same eyes. So, in order to maintain healthy relationships (and be an empathetic citizen of the world), we must find compassionate common ground by acknowledging our similarities and differences. Being sensitive and kind isn’t just about manners—it’s about being respectful of each individual’s journeys.

Dismissing your truth, however, is a whole different story. If you don’t prioritize your personal needs—putting others’ expectations above your own, erasing your individuality to conform with your community—you are likely to wind up in unbalanced, inauthentic relationships. At the end of the day, you’ll feel dissatisfied with all of your interpersonal dynamics, but—having forgotten who you are along the way—you won’t be able to pinpoint what’s wrong. And the longer these bonds continue, the harder it will be to connect with your truth, propelling yet another vicious cycle built on deception.

But don’t worry—it doesn’t need to be like this. Through a technique called tap your truth, you can connect with your authentic self to enhance your relationships. This exercise is for the physical realm; in other words, it requires conscious awareness in day-to-day life.

So how does it work? Whenever you’re engaging with a close companion (whether it’s in person, via phone, or even through text), you’ll create a quiet signal to personally identify any contradictions to your truth. Whether you’re experiencing this contradiction actively (for instance, saying
